09 Sep Maternity session turned surprise proposal!

These two were just the sweetest! Candice contacted me to photograph her maternity shoot and came all the way to Naples from Cape Coral to make it happen!
We had a gorgeous night, even though we were all melting from heat with sweat dripping down.

We started the session up in the green tree area, which I always do to give everyone lots of variety to their photos.

Candice looked absolutely stunning – a total beach goddess!

We then walked on out to the beach and saw a huge sandbar with super low tide. I get soooo excited when it’s low tide and we can walk far out onto the beach.

As I was shooting, he got down on one knee and proposed right out on the sandbar and it was pure magic!!

We then switched gowns and momma requested the ‘flowing in the wind’ dress photo – which i happily obliged!

Followed by a pitstop on the boardwalk to grab a few more before we ran away – those noseeum bugs really start to come out right a dusk and get you so bad!!

Momma was so surprised at the engagement. Wishing you both a lifetime of happiness as you welcome your sweet babe!!
