06 Oct Naples FL, Family Beach Photographer | Marco Island

Shannon found me from the Marco Island Facebook Page and reached out via my website. She was coming to Naples with her husband and two boys. She was also around 20 weeks pregnant and wanted to get a pregnancy announcment photo as well to share with her friends and family. I called her after she reached out via my website and we scheduled a call to chat on the phone to go over her vision for the shoot.
She really wanted to use the Tigertail beach area for her family photos and I was totally down for a new location as I had never been to that area of Marco Island before. When we got to the park, none of us realized just how buggy it would be. We were getting eaten ALIVE – no joke!
Every 10 seconds we were swatting the mosquitos away – the poor boys were getting red lumps all over their legs, arms and face. It made the session soooo hard, even though you would have no idea by looking at these images. We finished up really quickly due to the bugs and ran back to the car.
Since we had to end so quickly, we decided since I was already coming back to Marco the next night for another family, I would come a little earlier and photograph them with a few more images.
They did an outfit change and location change and NO bugs!!

The second night for the family session was also on Marco but right out behind the JW Mariott and it was a beautiful breezy golden night. I had such a fun time with this family and these cute little boys and momma loved loved loved her images!! Isn’t she absolutely beautiful?!?! She was so happy to finally be in the photos instead of taking them.
